    Step 1 Start with The Fix50. Your first 50-minute session includes an assessment, personalized treatment plan, and hands-on care. This session is designed to identify the root cause of imbalance or injury and set a clear path forward.

    Step 2 – Continue with The Maintenance. These sessions help address ongoing concerns, support recovery, and keep your body performing at its best. Available in 20-minute or 50-minute options depending on your needs.

    The Fix50

    The Fix50 is a comprehensive 50-minute clinical session designed to assess, treat, and create a clear plan for your recovery.

    This biomechanical approach focuses on understanding the underlying causes of pain, tension, or dysfunction. You will leave with insight into what contributed to the issue and how to help prevent it in the future.

    The Maintenance50

    The Maintenance50 is a full-body 50-minute session designed to support mobility, recovery, and long-term performance.

    This structured treatment helps maintain balance in the body, reduce accumulated tension, and prevent small issues from becoming larger concerns. It is ideal for those training regularly and looking to stay consistent and resilient.

    The Maintenance20

    The Maintenance20 is a focused 20-minute session designed to address a specific area of the body.

     

    This targeted treatment supports recovery, reduces localized tension, and helps keep you moving efficiently. It is perfect for ongoing maintenance between longer sessions.
