Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a practice within the broader medical system known as Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Treatment involves the insertion of sterile, single use fine needles into specific points on the body to achieve a healing effect that supports the body in maintaining homeostasis – a balance and natural state of the body’s mechanism.
Herbal Medicine
Natural prescribed treatments that act on the body just as pharmaceutical drugs do. As such, it’s treated with the same caution and respect. They are customized to each individual based on the diagnosis from the consultation. Other factors such as patient constitution, chronic or acute stage, time and season of the year are considered. Herbal Medicine is used to compliment the acupuncture treatment to prolong the healing effect and restore balance.

Fire Cupping
Fire cupping is a traditional therapy that involves placing heated cups on the skin to create suction. This technique helps to increase blood flow, release muscle tension, and promote healing. The warmth from the cups provides an additional layer of relaxation, as well as alleviates pain, making it a unique and soothing experience.

“Fire cupping is a uniquely relaxing therapy that helps relieve pain, improve circulation, and melt away tension. It encourages detoxification and boosts the immune system to keep your body healthy and strong throughout the seasons.”
