Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a practice within the broader medical system known as Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).  Treatment involves the insertion of sterile, single use fine needles into specific points on the body to achieve a healing effect that supports the body in maintaining homeostasis – a balance and natural state of the body’s mechanism.

Cosmetic acupuncture

Cosmetic acupuncture is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that uses fine needles to stimulate specific points on the face and body. Our Cosmetic Acupuncture treatments combine ancient wisdom with modern techniques, including Celluma LED Red Light Therapy. This practice promotes circulation, boosts collagen production, and encourages the body’s natural healing processes. It will help you achieve a radiant complexion and improve overall well-being. You’ll have a more vibrant appearance with healthier skin and minimal downtime.

Celluma Red Light Therapy

A non-invasive treatment that utilizes low-level light therapy to heal and rejuvenate the skin and tissues. Specific wavelengths of light are emitted, penetrating the skin to stimulate cellular activity and promotes increased collagen and elastin production which helps decrease eye wrinkles.

Facial Needling

Is an effective method for rejuvenating the skin and addressing various skin concerns. Tiny needles are used to create micro-injuries in the skin's surface. This stimulates the body's natural healing response, promoting the production of collagen and elastin, which are essential for maintaining youthful & healthy skin.

Facial Cupping

Facial cupping uses small cups that are placed on specific areas of your face. The suction created by the cups gently lifts the skin, promotes better blood flow, encourages lymphatic drainage, and stimulates collagen production.

Facial Gua Sha

Is an ancient Chinese healing technique that involves using a smooth-edged tool, made of rose quartz, to gently scrape the skin of the face. This promotes circulation, enhances lymphatic drainage, and improves overall skin health. Including reducing fine lines, rejuvenated skin texture and decreased puffiness/dark circles around eyes.

Herbal Medicine

Are natural prescribed treatments that act on the body just as pharmaceutical drugs do. As such, it’s treated with the same caution and respect. They are customized to each individual based on the diagnosis from the consultation. Other factors such as patient constitution, chronic or acute stage, time and season of the year are considered. Herbal Medicine is used to compliment the acupuncture treatment to prolong the healing effect and restore balance.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) originated in China over 3000 years ago. It is an effective and evidence based treatment approach that views the body as an organic whole with a focus on preventative health, while treating and managing chronic ailments. TCM encompasses a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cupping, Gua Sha, Herbal Medicine, Dietary Therapy as well as Acupuncture.

Fire Cupping

Fire cupping is a traditional therapy that involves placing heated cups on the skin to create suction. This technique helps to increase blood flow, release muscle tension, and promote healing. The warmth from the cups provides an additional layer of relaxation, as well as alleviates pain, making it a unique and soothing experience.

“Fire cupping is a uniquely relaxing therapy that helps relieve pain, improve circulation, and melt away tension. It encourages detoxification and boosts the immune system to keep your body healthy and strong throughout the seasons.”
