What is physiotherapy?

It’s a combination of manual therapy, exercises, and therapeutic modalities that help patients regain strength, flexibility, and mobility. An evidence-based approach focuses on empowering individuals to actively participate in their recovery process to achieve health & wellness. 

A personalized treatment plan is developed, which may include exercises, manual therapies, electrotherapy (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation), and patient education on injury prevention and self-care.
