Alexandra Wojciechewicz PT

With a deep-rooted passion for health & wellness Alexandra is committed to helping her patients achieve optimal well-being through her holistic approach to physiotherapy. 

Her passion for wellness and movement has taken her to different places across the globe, from completing MoveU movement training in California to undergoing training in breathwork and cold exposure from Wim Hof in the mountains of Poland. These experiences inspire and shape her approach to wellness and physiotherapy.

Our Physiotherapy Approach

A personalized treatment plan is developed, which may include exercises, manual therapies, electrotherapy (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation), and patient education on injury prevention and self-care. We empower and give you the knowledge to understand and connect to your body. By encouraging you to be an active participant in your own healing journey.

At The Calm a Physiotherapy session may also include postural, breathing, and movement analysis. A combination of advanced neuromuscular hands-on technicques, as well as movement and exercise interventions will also be incorporated.

By correcting imbalances and restoring natural movement patterns, we will unlock the body’s healing potential, so you can move optimally and feel your best in your body.
