Do you do direct billing?
No. We do not currently offer direct billing. In an effort to reduce waste, we email your receipt with the Therapists registration #. You can then submit to your insurance company. Benefit plans vary, please check with your provider to determine your level of coverage.
Why is the door locked?
If your appointment is outside of our reception hours, there will be no admin at the front desk. The door is locked in between treatment sessions to ensure the safety and privacy of both the clinic and those in treatment. If you arrive early for your appointment and the door is locked, please wait patiently until the treatments in progress are done and the practitioner will open the door for you when ready.
The administration at the front desk may have also stepped to the back to perform various tasks, and will return to the front momentarily.
Why do we ask you to remove your shoes?
In an effort to minimize the amount of dirt and debris that tracks through the clinic, we ask that you remove your shoes at the front. This helps us ensure that our clinic can continue to meet and exceed all cleanliness standards. It also helps us ensure that we can minimize the noise we make in the clinic so as to not disturb any of the ongoing treatments.
You are welcome to bring in a pair of slippers if you are not comfortable with socks only.
